Patricia Arlene Fehr, 50, of rural Bloomington died at 3:45 p.m. Friday (June 20, 1997) at her home. She had been ill.

A private family service will be Monday at Carmody-Flynn Funeral Home, Bloomington, the Rev. Jeff VanGoethem officiating. Burial will be in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bloomington. There will be no visitation. Memorials may be made to BroMenn Hospice.

Survivors include her husband, David E. Fehr; her father, Keller Short of Bloomington; one sister, Janet Hornke, Bloomington; and one brother, Kenneth Short, Bloomington. Also surviving are three nephews and one great-niece. Her mother preceded her in death.

She was born May 25, 1947, in Bloomington, a daughter of Keller and Irene Wirrick Short. She married David E. Fehr on Oct. 27, 1973, in Bloomington.

Mrs. Fehr was a 1965 graduate of Bloomington High School. She was a clerical worker for Meadow Gold Milk and later for Bloomington Provision Co.
